Pots in Progress

The March firing is slowly coming together.  Here are a few pots in progress.  High iron clay with thick white slip.  They'll mostly be glazed with a yellow ash glaze.

Tea Bowls

I was asked by a customer for photos of tea bowls, little pot portraits, so thought I'd share them here.

At Last!

The fire ban was finally lifted on the 23rd of September and we fired on the 24th!

Here are a few pieces from that firing.  Next one will be in about 3 weeks.

With a state of emergency declared and an extreme fire risk we are on hold.  Hoping for rain but none in the forecast.

Last One

Getting ready for the last firing of the year.  Bricking in the door and clamming up today, Farmers' Market tomorrow and firing on Sunday.  I'm very much looking forward to some down-time soon!
